As we had our granddaughter with us we found the facilities on the site, particularly the swimming pool, outstanding.

This was a great place to stay for people who have children but do not want the fuss of a hotel. The kids had a great time and we enjoyed the homely feel of the cottage together with the tranquillity of the countryside, beauty on your doorstep and all with easy reach to all local facilities and attractions. The owners were available on request but everything was perfect so we did not need to contact them. We had a great time and look forward to returning!

The facilities onsite were excellent. The attention to detail made all the difference - from dishwaher tablets and washing up liquid being provided, to new tips being put on the pool cues and new magazines being delivered to your door. A very peaceful location, with enough to keep two teenagers and a fishing mad husband occupied, leaving mum to relax and unwind!
